Ernest "Babe" Russo started this law firm in 1951. His two children, Nancy Russo and Richard Russo, joined the law firm after passing both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey bar exams in the late 1980's. His grandson joined the firm in 2015 after passing the same bar exams. Richard passed away on May 2, 2018

Richard Russo was the first child of Ernest to attend law school. He is a graduate of Lafayette College. He received a Bachelors of Science in Biology in 1980. He attended school at Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He was was the first child of Ernest to attend law school and he graduated in 1985. Richard passed the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bar exams. Richard passed away on May 2, 2018.
Nancy Russo was the second child of Ernest to attend law school. She first attended Georgian Court University. She graduated in 1976 with a Bachelor's of Art in Elementary Education. After receiving her bachelors in 1976, she received her Master's of Education from Lehigh University in 1980. Then she joined her brother at Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1986. Nancy passed the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bar exams.
Michael Light II is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University since 2010. He has a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical-Mechanical Engineering Technology. After achieving his bachelor's, Michael joined his family's Alma matter at Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Michael graduated in 2014 and passed the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bar exams.
